Over 30 years ago my love for children and helping them become responsible, confident and independent individuals helped me focus and choose a career where inculcating the right thought process from a very young age was important. So I studied Child Development and Psychology along with Early Childhood and Care.
I began teaching little ones and put all my training to good practical use. As the years progressed, I felt the need to inculcate these values in a bigger audience. I worked my way up to become a headmistress, where I could train teachers to understand the importance of the psychology of children. I stressed upon them to look at the bigger picture of creating confident individuals all the way into their adult lives.
When I started my journey into healing and energy, along with psychology I could incorporate energy and therapy to bring back and restore the lives of many.
My passion and my natural instincts to reach out and help led me into learning different modalities of healing. Being a spiritualist in the path of Siddha under the guidance of Sri Pranaji, I have acquired many healings, blessings and spiritual siddhis that I am now sharing with the world.
I conduct workshops on different modalities to help align the mind, body and spirit thus eliminating Stress from our daily lives, removing negativity, and seeing things around with positivity and living happy moments daily.
Over the last decade I have been conducting counselling sessions, guidance and therapy through individual and group sessions for various challenges, Conscious Parenting being one of the therapies.
My belief that everyone should be helped and brought to a point to be able to heal themselves is what will lead to transformational changes in the lives of many, be they young or old.
Every challenge in life branches from emotional baggage which affects every individual differently. It could be physical, mental, psychological or social. Most of our emotional traumas are stored in the subconscious and super subconscious which is very difficult to access without help. Mostly it is deeply embedded, and eventually manifests as a blockage or pain in some form at some time.
