Healing restores the balance and flow of energy throughout the body, mind and soul. We work directly with the physical, emotional and spiritual aspects of well-being.

Healing is energy transformation to clear of blockages of thought, action and Karma.

This is karmic healing. Your soul allows the washing and cleansing of past impressions, helping you move ahead gracefully. 

• Crystal Healing

Crystals are earth energy, pure and strong. We call the crystalline essence to heal us.

Healing with the angelic realm, feeling their presence in your life to heal, any and all situations. 

• Healing with Bliss

We concentrate on opening of the Ananda Kand – the heart seed Chakra which is filled with a magic potion of bliss. When this is opened you learn the art of healing yourself and enjoying the bliss. In our busy and stressful lives, slipping away from your own self is not difficult. This helps you realign yourself instantly. 

• Personal and Group Healing

Personal Healing is done in one-to-one sessions. Healing can be done for groups as well as anyone who wishes to receive healing can be part of the therapy in our group sessions.

Meditation

Meditation is a state of mind which takes you deep within yourself and connects you to your soul.

Once we learn to get to that state of mind, you can have a silent moment by yourself in nature, in company or even in a crowd.

The mind is so used to the constant chatter and noise that, initially it may feel different, but once you experience the peace in silence, the mind and you both begin to love it.

We at Vismayaa guide you, allowing the divine to be the guide to help you receive what is most needed.

Guided meditations can help both new and experienced meditators. The aim is to declutter your mind and focus on achieving your goals.

Chakra

Aligning the chakras, cleansing and energizing them to let the light flow. It’s amazing how light the body and mind feel.

 

Forgiveness & Letting Go

In every instance or situation, we keep gathering so much pain and grief over the way the opposite person acts or reacts. In truth they may not even be aware or care, but we keep accumulating baggage which brings us down. Forgiving and letting go is the biggest gift we can give ourselves, to free ourselves from this baggage. It may be in any or all areas of your life, you can choose what you would like to let go.

 

Releasing Blockages

Human beings are very emotional. We all at some point have been through highly emotional times, distress and traumas too. Most often these are stored in our subconscious and we have absolutely no idea about them, but they manifest as fears, pain, grief which become blocks and stop us from moving ahead. Many times you may have a fear or anger that you have no idea why!

 

Attracting Good Graciously

Attracting good in our lives is something we all always look forward to, But we doubt whether we are capable or worthy of it. You may wish to get a good job, or win a lottery, or just get a windfall. But do you accept completely that it is possible and you deserve it.

Graciousness is very important to open the doors to a better future.

 

Manifestation

Manifestation is dreaming about what you truly wish for. Your mind is an important tool, and being positive, visualizing and living your dream in your mind is what manifestation is about. We dream, visualize and affirm to make it a reality. ence bliss. This meditation helps you reach and stay in the Thuriya state much longer.

 

Ananda Siddhi Meditation

Ananda is eternal bliss. We have a golden sac, just behind the heart chakra called the Ananda Kand. When accessed, you can feel the bliss flow into every cell of your body relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating each cell.

This meditation helps you reach the blissful state we are looking for – instantly. As we focus on each part of our body, sending the energy through a chant and allowing the bliss to flow through every part of your body, releasing stress and bringing you to a state of total peace and tranquility. 

Thuriya Meditation

Thuriya is state of no thought. When you meditate, you go into the state of Thuriya, the theta stage which usually is for a very brief period. It is the moment when you experience complete bliss. This meditation helps you reach and stay in the Thuriya state much longer.
